fux okay it’s time to be serious about this weight loss.
everyone went or is on their tropical spring break, and i was stuck at home. so everyone’s coming back all tan and skinny from dieting before their vacas and not having anything but booze on their vacas. bleh whatever, one amazing and great thing happened on my break. i went out to drink and didn’t have any smokes! well one… but i barely remember that one. hahah
for the next 3 weeks i have to (HAVE TO!) force myself to be healthy and exercise, and not slack off, not treat myself, or give up. (+drink less)
and then another 3 weeks from that, summer starts. i’m really sick of being insecure and awkward in a bathing suit. plus clothes will fit more properly and showing a little skin will be appropriate.
seeing other people’s goal increments influenced me to make my own.. but a little resistant to put it up even though no one reads this. maybe in my next post:]

I just started working out.. and i worked out for 2 days straight. 45 minutes of cardio and some ab work outs. felt great! today would be the 3rd day in a row… but why is it so hard to go do it?
